Wearing animal prints head to toe, is so out there, but I love animal prints. This blouse is so happy (is that possible? you bet!), I think the turquoise pom poms make it fun. The skirt has such movement, between the blouse and the movement of the dramatic denim tiered skirt, I definitely make a statement when I walk by.
