We were invited to a birthday party this weekend. so I decided to break out some arm candy, and wear one of my vintage purses. I started collecting vintage handbags a few years ago. Some of my finds include Enid Collins box bags, Rialto purses, and Made in Miami Lucite purses. Here are a few snaps from my collection.

These little jewels came onto the scene in the early 1950’s, and were really popular in big cities such as New York and Miami. I fell in love with them for the nostalgia, textures, and special details. I find them to be whimsical and delicate, and when I wear them I feel so girly!
